GRAVEYARD aka the locked basement LOL
[ You're dead. Either you were ousted and seemed as an ally of the Bad Badger, or the actual allies of the Bad Badger actually got to you.
You remember dying. If you were already dead prior to this whole game... well, you're alive again.
Your death may have been terrible. Poison, being stabbed multiple times, blunt trauma to the head, hanged... whatever. You can still feel the pain.
But... Where are you? You see white walls around you. You're in a hospital...? You're in a room, but there's no one else but you and a man in a blue costume. He doesn't want to reveal his real head, so he hides behind a mask. A badger wearing a blue jester's hat.
And... another person? Has that other person been there all along?
Then you remember being in a mansion. Was that all a dream? You try to figure it out on your own, but you can't seem to come up with an answer. If by any chance you look into the badger's empty black eyes, you might feel like you're being taken to a completely different place. It's as if you can see the mansion again. You can see the people talking, but if you try to call out, nothing happens. They can't hear you.
You avert your gaze from the badger, and those images disappear.
There's so much happening. Pain, and this crazy badger.
You, on the other hand, aren't wearing a blue costume. You have a white dress on, with an opening at the back. That was definitely not what you were wearing... or was it?
You have so many questions. But at least you're not alone. Someone can answer those questions for you. ]

[ NOTE Your characters will be able to see the events happening in the game while in the graveyard as long as they're looking at the Proto Badger. They cannot participate in any of the polls, or try to converse with anybody that isn't in this room. ]

V-Voted? What do you mean?
.....Who are you?

[RUDE, my dead body was un-boxed and everything!]
What, you don't remember me? I'm Myriam Scuttlebutt, Ace Reporter!
I've been trapped here for... I don't know how long! Since last night!
no subject
M-Myriam? You di--
[Ah, but she's here!] You're okay?!
no subject
No! And... no.
This is supposedly the afterlife. Kahk-kahk.

T-The badgers got me?!
no subject
Well, ...apparently.

[She's probably calmer about this than she should be]
Oh.... But....
What about Mr. Armando and Mr. Blackquill...?
no subject
Dunno... I'm wondering why they're not here myself.
For both of our sakes, I'm hoping more murderers don't show up.
no subject
[HELPING? HELPING]
So you've been here since yesterday, huh....?
no subject
Kahk-kahk! C'mon! If this was the real afterlife, wouldn't there be a lot more people here? They just knocked us out and threw us in a room!
...yeah. Alone, with the murderer one and murderer two.
no subject
....Well... if we stick together, it'll be fine! Sis should be here with me, too!
no subject
[Well, it was someone reasonably sane]
...so, what's your name?
no subject
We're just a pair of aces, huh?
no subject
Sss, sss, sss. Spirit medium? You're kidding...
So you're Maya Fey...
[that vengeful spirit is probably happy, at least.]
...Kahk-kahk.
no subject
That's right! I bet you've heard of me, huh?
no subject
Sss, sss. Of course! It's my job as a journalist to keep tabs on everyone.

Oh... Nick! He must be worried sick! I have to let him know that I'm okay!
no subject
You mean Phoenix Wright? --You call him Nick? [that was... weird, hearing someone talk about him so familiarly]
You can't. There's no way to talk to anyone outside the room. Except for the badger... thing. Kaahk...
no subject
Oh, no... Poor Nick... he's probably so worried... And Pearly...
C-Can't we get out of here at all?!
no subject
...I'll admit, I haven't had time to really look, but the walls are pretty foamy solid. Sss, sss.
There's one thing you can do: if you stare at the badger's head, you can see what's happening to the others.
no subject
Eh? Just like that?
no subject
Chew our way out? Kahk-kahk. They're pads, not marshmallows!
Yeah. Don't try shouting advice, though. They still can't hear you.
no subject
[HMMM...] If Taka could find us, maybe we could pass messages back and forth!
