They also have the option to reply to the message. (Ping me if this happens!)

And if they follow the instructions, the wall behind the cubicle will slowly reveal a ~ secret path ~ to a secret room.

Except, this room is also a washroom. But it looks pretty swag, like a hotel's bathroom. There's a bathtub, a shower, a toilet with a bidet, a HUGEass mirror, and the floor is carpeted. It seems like a pretty private place for you and your fellow wolves to plot in.

I'm sure everyone here will agreee. That's why I gotta ask. What sort of penalty are we talkin about?

The penalty will depend on the rule that is broken. I.e. a team outs themselves to another team, then they will both be permanently taken out of the game and all further games to come.

[ That MIGHT actually sound good, but being "taken out" always has different connotations. ]

[It does sound awfully appealing, but the main reason Cabanela won't try it out for himself is because the term "team" is being used here.]

So if a person breaks a rule on their own accord, their partner suffers the penalty as weeell?

That depends on the rule that is broken. I.e. Member A tries to lethally harm Team X, only Member A will receive a penalty. Member B will remain unharmed.

[Doesn't that give people just a bit more leeway to cause bodily harm? He should hope it won't come to that. No one here has any reason to resort to violence either way, as far as he can tell.]

And for the outing?

Both members of the team will be punished accordingly.

[He almost drops his phone in surprise. So these things are capable of making calls! ...Or accepting them, anyway. He squints at the screen for a moment, then answers.]

[ There is white noise for a second or two, and then this song plays on the other line. ]

......... Ah. Hm. He ends up bopping along to the music as he listens, because you can bet he'll let it play as long as possible in case there's more clues sandwiched in there.]

[Considering the events that are right around the corner- the secret deal at Point X and the Manipulator- he can't be certain this game is unrelated. Especially because this game might prevent him from wrapping up his one big case personally if it does indeed drag on into tomorrow. Not to mention missing out on Jowd's execution. That just won't do.]
